Kindly be informed that Monday, January 22, 2024, will be a holiday for students on account of the Ram Mandir Praan Pratishtha Programme. However, in lieu of this holiday, students are required to attend school tomorrow, i.e., Saturday, January 20, 2024.

Please take note of the following important information:
1.⁠ ⁠The regular Monday timetable will be followed on Saturday. Therefore, students should set their school bags accordingly.
2.⁠ ⁠*Compulsory Attendance:*

It is mandatory for all students to attend school on Saturday, especially for those who are participating in the upcoming Sports Day. Your presence is crucial for necessary preparations and coordination.

In compliance of order No. 120017/27/GRAP/2021/CAQM of “Commission for Air Quality Management in National Capital Region and Adjoining Areas”, it is decided that classes will be held through online mode in all MCD and MCD aided schools on 3 November 2023 and 4 November 2023. However, school will remain open for teachers and staff.

A healthy collaboration of Parents and Teachers is the key to providing students with a holistic learning experience. In pursuit of the same, a Parent Teacher Meeting for classes 3 to 5 is scheduled on Saturday, May 20, 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

You are requested to come as per the following time slot:

• Roll No. 1 to 10, 8:30 am to 9:00 am
• Roll No. 11 to 20, 9:00 am to 9:30 am
• Roll No. 21 to 30, 9:30 am to 10:00 am
• Roll No. 31 to 40, 10:00 am to 10:30 am
• Roll No. 41 onwards 10:30 am to 11:00 am

Please note that the School Gate will close for entry at sharp 11:00 a.m. and it may not be possible to allow entry after that time.

Please note:
1.Use a carpool preferably to avoid traffic jam, kindly make transport arrangement accordingly.
2.Your ward should come in school uniform only.
3.Please adhere to the schedule.

ANNOUNCING THE SATYA KAMRAH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

Happy Hours School, the feeder to KIIT World School, awards the SATYA KAMRAH MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIPS based on duly completed applications deposited at the school.

Application forms are available from 1st May 2023. The Scholarship Desk will operate on 29th April (Saturday) between 8.00 am to 11.30 am for queries. Parents are required to collect and deposit the duly completed form at the earliest to ensure consideration.
